Choir Camp 2008

Last week (1st to 5th of Dec), was NTU CAC Choir's camp 2008! That 5 days was kinda fun, although it quite tiring cause we need to sing sing sing and sing for 5 days, CONTINUOUSLY.

Can see that the bonding among the members have been strengthen. From day 1, we were kinda quiet, seldom talk to people from other sections. But for day 5, we were super noisy, not only to the people from the same section, but also people from other section as well. Of course, the noisiest section are still the BASSES, blek!

For that 5 days, we ate, sang and have out doors games. Experience something that is really different that 5 days because Gim Keng and I need to teach the tenors for the caroling songs and second half's songs. Kinda tough actually. Haha, now then I understand Chin Yuan's feeling last academic year..hehe.. But, I am super glad that, the tenors are trying their very best to learn, this is what I am really proud of!

Of course, not forgetting the stupid sketch that we performed on the last day of the camp. Thanks to ms Chloe and Lucinda, force us to wear skirt. Hehe...but, Bravo to Eugene...he is damn good in acting. :P

Here are some pictures of the choir camp, enjoy!!

Chalet + BBQ

Yuhoo...long time din update already. Was kinda busy recently (sort of). After spending time with my father and sister after my exam, I went to 1 of the chalet at Pasir Ris with my church aka NTU friend. Forgot whats the name of the chalet, just remember that it is super duper near to Wild Wild Wet.

What we did was basically just relax ourselves after the stupid killing final exam. Super duper relax there. Enjoyed the BBQ that our Mother May prepared very much. Haha...of course, took a lot of crazy pictures... =)

Celebration!

Yep, exam had over for about 5 days. This few days really enjoyed a lot, haha... Father and sister came to Singapore during the day I seat for my last paper. That day was my god father's birthday too. So, we had dinner at Kuishinbou...yummy....my favourite japanese buffet restaurant.

The next day, went out shopping with my sister. Had our tea time at Marche, another favourite restaurant, haha... The next day, met with my aunts and uncles together with my dad and sis in Bugis Junction. Had lunch at Ajisen Ramen, another favourite restaurant of mind. After that, we had nice dinner at Orchard Road. Hehe...Father really nice, purposely bring me to all my favourite restaurant after my exam. Bout me jacket and bed sheet too, hehe...

These are some pictures that I took on that day... =)

A New Day Has Come

Finally, no more exam, yeah, it's FINALLY!!!!

But the paper jsut now kinda f*** up la. It was an open book paper. Tutor said that the answer is all inside. But, there is 1 question, I can not even find it in all the journal. It's not I din read the journal, it's just that we din even learn that topic!!

The Asian Financial Crisis started in Thailand with the collapse of the Thai baht in July 1997. Between 1992 and 1997, Thailand saw seven prome ministers within five years. In November 2006, Chavalit Yongchaiyudh became the 22nd Prime Minister of Thailand after his party formed a coalition government with six minor parties. He was soon replaced by Chuan Leekpai in December 1997 who also had a shaky lineup of a six-party coalition and 12 independent defectors from a 7th parth. In what way did Thailand's political structure (fragile coalition governments and frequent changes in administrations) limit the government's ability to prevent the financial crisis before it happened and to respond effectively to the crisis after its outbreak?"

Yea, this was the question. I know this needs lots of implication but come on, even normal "search-and-copy" open book paper already not enough time, but now still need to "search-and-copy-imply"? Some more need to write 2 pages (cause this is only half of the question) IN ORDER TO GET AN AVERAGE MARK? What the heck?

This paper was screw up, totally not enough time. ARGH!!!!!

But, who cares... Exam is over...ITS OVER!!!

What I am gonig to do now is enjoy my life....

Oh yea....woosh...ENJOY MY LIFE!!! :P

36 hours more

36 hours more....yeah, just another 36 hours, I will be FREE!!!

Jia you, don't give up, don't feel lazy....

Just hang on for another 36 hours, that's all!!!

Argh!!!!

I Am Waiting~

Yep, as what the title said, I am waiting. So, what am I waiting for? It's my last paper, HE312, Political Economics.

"In order for you to get an average mark, you need to write abour 3 to 4 pages during the examination". Said Prof. Sng.

"Huh....what is the meaning of average mark?" We asked.

"Er...It's about 17 to 19 marks out of 25."

Duh!!!! What the heck...3 to 4 pages for average mark? Then what about 20 something? Are we going to break our hand after the paper?

It's going to be tough for me. It's open book. We need to read ALL the journal and the report that our course mate did. Aww...I will surely be cacat on Monday, my hand gonna broke...at 11:30am that morning.

Just finish my second last paper. Had Sakae Sushi just now, thanks pa! I am slacking in LWN and looking at that stupid Ah Su's picures. So envy... We are suffering here and they are enjoying themselves in Europe. Haha, remember my souvenir, or else I will burn your EUREKA cert, haha. I will on leave for half a day, and continue to CHIONG later... =)

Good luck every 1...

Not Feeling Well

I am kinda worry for my health recently. Lots of things that happened unusually. Previously, my left chest was a bit pain. It's not frequest, 1 days maybe 3 to 4 times. Went to see doctor, after the ECG test, its proven that my heart has no problem, maybe just muscle ache. Few days back, I was having headace for my right hand side of my head. I also donno the recently, I felt pain right after I woke up from my sleep. It had pain for the whole day. When ever I cough and sneeze, it's pain even more. This 2 days, I felt my left chest is more pain and it's more frequest. Even I am sitting and walking, some times I can feel the pain.

What's happening to me? Gosh!! i don't want all these. My mum was kinda worry. What I am afraid is what if I have cardiogenic shock? I might just "go" any time! I really don't want all these to happened. I just hope that it's pain because I am stress for exam, so after exam every thing is alright. God, bless me and heal me please...

Some Random Post...

Today...er, I mean yesterday (Since tat its after 12), a group of Japanese from Japanese association were invited to NTU to perform Onikenbai (鬼剣ばい). There were here to promote the Japanese culture and at the same time promote about Yokoso Japan. It's some thing like Cuti Cuti Malaysia, to encourage people visit Japan. The dance was quite interesting, especially their costum.

I had receive another post card from Ariel. I received 3 post card recently, 1 from stockholm, Sweden; 1 from Hong Kong; and another 1 from Glasgow, Scottland. Thanks guys, I love those postcard.

The yellow color 1 is from Sweden, the scenery postcard is from Scottland and another 1 is from HK.

To Hin Fei: When am I going to receive a postcard from Finland??

Recently, I am kinda stress up for the exam. Realise that there are still many to catch up, and there are still 1 more assignment to due before next Friday. Life in library is not really fun. With all the muggers around, it makes me even more stress.

  • I wan to go Marche again
  • I wish to see my family ASAP...as in like NOW
  • I wan to sleep whole day like no body business
  • I wan to go Kuishinbo
  • I wan to cook my favourite dish

  • I just wan to go out, go out and GO OUT!!
Sien... Why students' life are so tough???

Cooking!!

I am so so so so so into cooking. Some times I am wondering, how come I will enroll myself in NTU for a Economics degree. Why not I just learn how to cook? Hehe...is that a good idea?? I just love to use my imagination and adding the ingredients to create something special. Haha, luckily, all my experiments still eatable.

Monday, I cooked. By using all the mushroom that I like to cook something similar like 1 of the previous post. Its tasted nice! I love mushrooms so much!

And now (while I am updating this), I am eating the omellette that I just finish cooking. At the same time, waiting for my soup to be done. Too bad, forgot to take a picture od each food. Hehe... don jealous yea. :p

Zimbabwe's Inflation

What? Zimbabwe's inflation rate had reached to 213 million percent annually??

According to the world news and many of the websites, Zimbabwe's annual inflation accelerated to 231 million per cent in July, to set a new world record. It means that the value of the currency of Zimbabwe had decresed dramatically. OMG!!!! This happened is due to the irresponsible government keep printing notes for their own benefit. How can they neglect the welfare and the benefit of their nations?

Does it means that a loaf of bread that cost Z$500 at the beginning of the year will reach Z$1155000000 at the end of the year? OMG!! Even toilet paper is more valuable. Can I buy the stuffs with toilet papers then?? Hehe...

The latest inflation figures show that Zimbabwe is suffering the highest inflation rate in the world Photo: EPA

Spicy Chicken

So, this will be my breakfast, lunch and dinner for today. Haha, went out to give tuition early in the morning. Came back, and sleep. Eating this at 4:30PM.

Wedding Ceremony

I went back to KL last Friday right after my HE312 presentation with my god father for my cousin brother's wedding ceremony. My briliant cousin brother who are working as a Judge are marrying my cousin sister in-law (have this word??) who are working as a lawyer. Match huh?? Why do I said that my cousin brother is a briliant? Because he is 1 of the recipient for The Bachelor of Jurisprudence Subject Distinction Award in year 2000. Then why my cousin sister in-law is a briliant then? Cause she chose to marry my cousin brother, haha!

On Friday night, I went to his house for buffet dinner right after I reached KL, which is about 10sth at night, WTH. Over night at their house because I need to be 1 of the 兄弟 to pick up the bride the next morning. Woke up super early in the morning the next day, 5am!!! Sien... But no choice, for the sake of KC (my cousin brother). We reach the bride's house that is located in Malacca at about 9am, luckily the 姐妹 were nice enough, din really sabor us.

Reach KC's house at about 12sth in the afternoon. After all the "yam cha" ceremony, we went to the church that is located at Kelana Jaya for the ceremony. KC were very "dai pai" lo,haha... Since that he is the Judge, he asked 2 police to "open the way" for us from Kepong to Kelana Jaya. We can even pass through the traffic light regardless on the color on it,haha. Luckily the police were there, cause LDP were super jam that moment. But, who care??? All the cars need to give way to us...haha... :P The wedding ceremony in the church were so so...cause I doesn't like that pastor, he were so rude...blek!!!
On that evening, we went to 1 of the restaurant located at Bukit Bintang at 5th to help them out ushering the guest. That few days, KL were kinda weird, jam here and there...sien!!! That night, there are about 400 people attended the dinner. Every thing were smooth and nice. Met lots of relatives that I din see them for ages. Of course...that night wouldn't be fun without all the camwhore section,haha...

The main character on that day:

The phototaking section: (wee~)

Last but not least, to Kwong Chin and Karen, may GOD bless both of you all the time with good health, good achievement in your career and full of happiness. =)

eating ALONE?!?!

Now is 7:31am . I slept at 4:30am just now. I should be sleeping, some more outside is raining now, should be very nice to sleep. Wondering how come I am awake this time. Since that nothing to do, update blog lo...hehe

Recently I did something "crazy", in the eye some some people. I went to Kuishinbo, Sakae Sushi and Marche to eat alone. I don't think it's some thing crazy or it's really that boring lo. Some times, it's quite enjoyable and interesting to eat alone. You got to observe things around that you will never realise all these while like when is the time that the chief cutting the sashimi to feel up the empty plate, who is the prettiest waitress, who is the most handsome waiter, what will the chief do, what are the topic they talk about....

Yep, I was lazy and fed up to keep asking people to accompany me for Kuishinbo for japanese buffet. Maybe the price is a bit too high? http://www.res.com.sg/restaurants_view.php?v=8 But I was craving for it. So, don care! Went to JP and eat alone on 1 of the tuesday,it was nice!

The nice paper steamboat!! 1 of my favourite in Kuishinbo

Nice Dori fish teppanyaki in ginger sauce

Nice dessert!!

It looks nice right....Argh,saliva coming down

In the same week (friday), I was having 2 hours break in between the classes. Nothing to do. Mum called. I was asking my mum should I go for Sakae Sushi's sushi buffet? Since that I have nothing to do, and Sakae Sushi is just in our campus area. You know, parents love their children. Without hesitate, my mum said "go lo!!!" Alright, good! i wont feel guilty for having 2 buffet meal in the same week, since I have some 1 to support me and go for it. Haha...

Yummy....

The deserts...

So, the next "eating alone" session was right after I reach Singapore on monday (20/10/08). Since that the stupid Aeroline not allowed me to alight at the custom, I have to travel WITH THEM all the way to Vivocity and then come back to NTU which is so so so near to the custom. Since that I am all the way there, I shall go for my favourite restaurant right? Haha, Marche was my choice. Eh, I whole semester din eat d lo, ok?? So, I skipped the accounting class that day, I had a superb lunch that day. Wee~~

This was my lunch on Monday, superb!

Nice and creamy pumpkin soup!!

My strawberry spread, with banana inside lo...

Nice!! Full of my favourite mushrooms...
Darn...I am feeling hungry right now...argh!!!!!
